Our Document Paralegal Services TOS for Tacoma Washington provide no refunds after we have commenced work on your documents. Services are not a refundable commodity once the work is done. If there are any errors that are due to us, we will correct those errors for free. If the errors are due to you, additional fees may apply.

Tacoma Paralegal Services refunds will be less the hourly rate for any expended time already spent on your case which will include any consultation time whether on the phone or in person.

Paralegal Fees that are fee based are less the hourly rate on any refunds that may be given. Fees for document production are usually far less than the hourly rate.
